A guest had booked one of my properties for a week-long stay, and everything seemed to be going smoothly until the day they were supposed to check out. I received a notification from Airbnb that the guest had requested to extend their stay for an additional week, but for some reason, the notification did not come through to my phone. As a result, I did not respond to the request within the required timeframe, and the booking was automatically cancelled. This caused a lot of inconvenience for both the guest and myself, and I realized that I need a better system in place to manage my listings and communications with guests. If anyone has any recommendations for a good airbnb management software service, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance for your help. |
